Sam manages to hack the camera in the storage room. It looks like a giant refrigerator with fish in it. Nothing immediately suggests from the camera view that there's anything unusual in there. Occasionally workers go in and out of the room to either put fish in or take fish out, but the guards seem to stay outside, probably because it's cold. |
Meanwhile, Wujen astrally examines the factory. He and the other spirits remain unseen, though no one seems to be actively looking for them either. While that can be expected of a fish canning factory, it's perhaps a little unusual for any place that seems to have as much security as this factory does. The three find an out of the way place while the earth spirit reaches out into the earth to see if he can sense any living beings down there. It takes about an hour of concentration before he says to Wujen, "I sense life beneath the earth. I cannot tell how many or whether they have been modified or not, but it is certainly more than a single individual, but not a massive crowd. I cannot provide more information than that, I am afraid." |
Sam easily gets into employee file. It is not encrypted at all. Meanwhile, Fuchougou also enters the system. He notices a goldfish on patrol, looking for trouble. Though he's sure his sleaze is set high enough to keep himself hidden, the goldfish manages to spot him nevertheless. The aquarium waters flash red as the system announces, "Intruder alert." |
Sam accesses a drone. It and three others are overseeing the main factory area. Workers are busy doing their work as guards stand at the entrances, armed with SMGs. The alarm continues to blare, though Sam is pretty sure the system is unaware of him. IC begins to deploy, the first one shaped like a barracuda, makes it's way towards Fuchougou's persona. |
Sam manages to access a drone that is just outside the storage room. It overlooks the path to/from the thawing room. |
