    The satyr happily accepts his flute and speaks at great length to Wujen in Elvish. Occasionally he seems to shout in a sarcastic tone, usually staring at the centaur when he does. The centaur does not respond and simply stands near the door, staring outward.

    "He is annoyed that the Centaur never talks. As you can see, the Satyre talks alot.

    I don't seem to be able to cast spells into the cages, likely as a result of whatever Ward is keeping the caged creatures from projecting powers out."

    WuJen goes to the Centuars cage and unlocks the door. "You can come with us if you want, or whatever else you choose.". WuJen attepts to get the message across with pantomime as well, hoping for a good response.

    He will do the same with each cage, saving the Nightmare for last. After he opens the pegasus and griffon cages if he does not get some kind of response h will attempt a mind probe, looking for memories of being taken in or out of the stables, and surface thoughts hoping for better communication.

    Assuming nothing horrendous happens he will again try to talk to the nightmare, carefully unlock the door and being ready to shut it again quickly should it prove hostile and try to probe it's thoughts as "respectfully" as possible.

    The centaur gives a respectful nod to Wujen for releasing him. The satyre's jaw drops to the floor as he stares at the centaur incredulously and goes off into another rant in Elvish. The centaur ignores him.

    For those of you who speak elvish...:

    As Wujen opens the other cages, the various beasts are happy to step out of confinement, but have no other response for him. A scan of their thoughts provides images of boredom as well as Baba Yaga harvesting things from them like hair or feathers. She doesn't seem to harm them particularly, but they do wish they were outside rather than in captivity.

    The nightmare is just a bundle of rage. Wujen manages to get a brief glimpse of its thoughts before having to quickly shut the door in response to an incoming gout of flame. He sees images of some kind of Hell metaplane with flames everywhere and demons flying in a crimson sky. He also gets a rapid flash of a variety of violent images of people being burned alive, trampled to death or torn apart in a fury of razor sharp nightmare teeth. Finally, there is an image of the nightmare travelling through a doorway from the Hell metaplane to a dream one. Wujen gets the impression that it lives in the former, but feeds in the latter and was somehow caught while feeding on Baba Yaga's dreams.

    "Ok... Screw that thing" WuJen says as he locks the nightmare's cage again. "It seems to have a firm grasp on where it's home is, but it's not anywhere we want to go, not is it willing to play nice with the group."

    "So, we have more of us that would be better off elsewhere, but still no elsewhere to go.. Anyone got any ideas on where to go next? We could try the closet that supposedly goes to the foyer. I don't think it will work but at this point it's all I got other than trying to find Baba Yaga and asking politely to be let out which is historically not something she seems inclined to do. Might win us points for imagination though. Downside to that is we probably want to try it before herding pegasai and griffons through the house... Seems rude."

    Sun starts counting. A flying horse, a gryphon, and a flying broom. Those are airborn. Then there's a unicorn, a centaur, a satyr, Sam the frog, Ichigo, WuJen and himself. 3 flying vehicles and 6 earthbound creatures, 7 if you count the pocket-riding Sam. Sun scratches his chin for a moment. "Closet sounds good. Seemd we can't just fly away."

    Between the animals freed, the regular members of the party, the ogre and the other freed prisoners, the room is pretty crowded at the moment. Two doors lead out of this stable and one mysteriously opens on its own. Everyone turns their head to the door and sees Booger peeking out from behind the door. "Oh," he says, "You let out Baba Yaga's horses. She won't like that one bit. On the bright side, it looks like I don't need to risk my life feeding them today."

    Booger's shoulders droop a little. "Awwww.... man. She's the worst one to feed."

    Consulting the map, Wujen finds a quick route to the servants quarters by way of the Black Cat room, but it is clear that the animals in your quickly growing party are going to be difficult to herd as they do not really seem to know what is going on. The hippogriff and pegasus charge towards Booger's open door, apparently seeing it as a means of escape. The goblin squeals as they come after him and runs just as the two beasts shove the door wide, revealing the Weighting room, where you first met Booger. You hear screaming and the sound of a door opening, though the scream is cut short with the sound of a door closing, presumably caused by Booger running into another room.  

    ((don't suppose anyone has outdoors(animal handling) as a skill?))

    ((Got outdoors as well, but won't be in the capacity to roll til friday afternoon. Maybe Ichigo and Sun can team together for this? If so, just roll for Sun. He has a dice pool of 7 for outdoors.))

    ((I fixed the dice by the way. The host that holds the images for the dice sides was getting blocked for some reason. Changed the host and it all works fine now.
    @Ichigo - add the hits from this roll to your dice pool when you roll and describe to us what you plan on doing with the hippogriff and pegasus))

    ((Hm... On second thought, I think it will have to be a GM ruling. The skill group Outdoors is based on Intuition, so it would be Intuition for Outdoors. But, the book didn't include Animal Handling in the Outdoors skill group. It's in there as a house rule. And Animal Handling is listed as a Charisma skill in the book.

    So, if you get back to it before the GM makes a ruling, just roll whichever one is higher between charisma and intuition and say which you're rolling and what the dice pool would have been if you had rolled the other one))

    ((No... I can't, either. The images for the dice have been broken lately. I can tell by looking at the page source code that you rolled 3, 5, 3, 1, 2, 3. So, 1 hit.

    The GM set up a way to roll that will output just text instead of pictures, for at least as long as we're having this image server problem. It looks like this:
