A warning on Exclusive Ritual.  I don't have any now, and no solid plans to buy any for the foreseeable future though there are several that would benefit the group... but if I do get them you will all be dragged into them because that stricture means I can't do them alone.  Not a big deal, though things like Circle of Healing can be very useful.

Secrecy is fine, but if we combine our public face with the group name, it could get painful.

Spirit could be appropriate if we had someplace special attached to our group.  Like if that noodle shop has a particular Kami that guided us as a group.

I was thinking no spiritt personally but wanted to put it out there just in case.  Keep the magic group secret and group name open? Or do another stricture.  Then we could do temporary lodge for now like you said.  Dues can save up to buy one when needed.

I'll save up for one eventually.  It does not really benefit anyone else except for initiation.  Still, the cost is only 3000 for a force 6, so it's well within the realm of manageable at that point.

Deed could be good--- these can be runs, or be some of the community work we do to convert the cash to karma.

Dues, if we wind up getting a space that we can maintain for the lodge.  There's enough adepts laying around here to justify the expense of a Dojo.

Service is a lower impact variety of Deed.  Would never be runs but at least I will be spending substantial time doing community work anyway.

If you guys pool your resources to pay for a small dojo, it would be a convenient place for runners and/or johnsons to come to you. You don't have to publicly say it's your lodge (the lodge could be in the back room or something) but it still would be a convenient place to do business

Put dues/service back in for a low lifestyle dojo ? Or medium and we split the cost? And work x hours doing classes

So maintaining the business itself after would most likly help the upkeep. Could possibly do apartment over the dojo as a group lifestyle also? Hmm

Think about it, The kid from Dungeons and Dragons, Orko from He-Man, even flipping Gargamel from the smurfs… All had phenomenal cosmic power and no chance in hell of being useful with it.

Yeah, it's almost a bug spirit situation, except instead of already grown victims they inhabit freshly formed fetus.

Also, I can't take all the blame.  If we had full VR as described I guarantee the birth rate for humans in general would be cut to a fraction.

Think about it---no disease, no physical issues, no relationship issues, experiences from hard core porn to the sappiest emotional lovemaking, and all of that with the potential of BTL.

Inside of 50 years the human race would be nearly extinct.
